Natalie and Marc – when they said they were planning for a winter wedding in March, in St. John’s… I was a little skeptical 😉 But sure enough – the day came and it was the perfect, magical winter day for their stunning wedding. We started the day in Paradise, where the bride and groom got ready next door to each other – perfection!

I love it!2016-04-05_0012 2016-04-05_0013 2016-04-05_0014

After a busy morning, we all made it on time (almost 😉 ) to St. Patrick’s, a beautiful heritage church in downtown St. John’s. st-patricks-wedding-newfoundland 2016-04-05_0016 2016-04-05_0017 2016-04-05_0018 2016-04-05_0019

So, this photo below — is one of my favourites, ever. Sometimes, you’re just in the right place at the right time for the most hilarious moments. This is one of them!st-patricks-church-downtown-st-johns-wedding 2016-04-05_0021 st-patricks-church-st-johns-weddings

The crew got around all day on the party bus – and the awesome driver had no trouble darting around downtown, up Cuckhold’s Cove and down Quidi Vidi. Have to give him a shout out because he was deadly!2016-04-05_0023

We went to Bowring Park for some classic, relaxed family photos – I love the simple but lovely backdrop of the park (and the light was perfect!) bowring-park-winter-wedding-photos 2016-04-05_0025 wedding-at-st-patricks-st-johns 2016-04-05_0027

And then of course a few candid shots with the lovebirds… winter-weddings-st-johns-newfoundland newfoundland-wedding-winter winter-wedding-st-johns-bowring-park 2016-04-05_0031

Afterwards, we grabbed the bridal party and headed to Quidi Vidi for a bit of fun – 2016-04-05_0032 st-johns-winter-wedding-quidi-vidi quid-vidi-winter-wedding 2016-04-05_0035

Then, up to Cuckhold’s Cove – where we got caught in a little rain storm, but no worries! We broke out the umbrellas and some lights and made magic with what we had. st-johns-winter-weddings-photos-locations unique-wedding-winter-newfoundland fun-wedding-ideas-winter-newfoundland

Once we were finished with formal shots, the whole crew took off to George Street for a bit of dancing and fun before the reception 🙂 george-street-wedding-photo-ideas george-street-st-johns-winter-wedding-photos 2016-04-05_0046

We made a quick pit stop at Signal Hill… then on to Comfort Inn for reception. winter-wedding-st-johns-signal-hill-nl

Spotlight events did the decor and did an AMAZING job. And as always, the staff at the Comfort Inn were a dream! comfort-inn-wedding comfort-inn-airport-wedding-decor st-johns-wedding-decor-comfort-inn 2016-04-05_0051 2016-04-05_0052 2016-04-05_0053

Right before the night was over, we darted outside for one last shot with the snow – the perfect end to the perfect snowy day. best-winter-wedding-photos-newfoundland-st-johns-comfort-inn-airport
