From the minute I arrived at Pam’s Mother’s house, I knew this day was going to be something special. Everyone in the house was just so relaxed as they got ready – it truly set the tone for the entire day. Her dress (from Ever After) was honestly one of the nicest I have ever seen – it was as though it was made just for her. Laughter resonated throughout the day and it was easy to know everyone was genuinely happy to be with them!
As per usual, the Flower Studio did an incredible job with this gorgeous real floral bouquet. There is nothing quite like a hand tied bouquet made of gorgeous fresh blooms (and as you’ll see later a matching flower crown doesn’t go astray either).
After Leaving Pam’s mothers house we made our way to Pam and Justin’s adorable home, where the boy’s were attempting to sharpen up.
With perfect dresses, a stunning bridal party and gorgeous flowers, how could we expect anything less than the historic St. Patrick’s Cathedral with its beautiful architecture for the ceremony.
With the official part of the day over, it was time to photograph these beauties with their family and friends! We jaunted over to Bannerman park for some relaxed photos.
Pam and Justin had one of the largest bridal parties I’ve ever shot. Literally every person involved was super helpful and focused on making sure that Pam and Justin had zero stress! I also love that all the girls had casually mis-matched dresses that perfectly coordinated the style of the day.
And can I just pause and talk about HOW COOL THE MAID OF HONOR IN A JUMPSUIT IS?! I die every time and have maybe been not-so-stealthily trying to find a similar one for myself ever since. 😉
St. John’s is one of the prettiest places on earth and it’s an easy place to find a great backdrop for photos. But on a recent hike I found a unique angle that I had never done before and I was so excited that this wedding gave me the opportunity to use it! It looks just as amazing as it did in my mind!
After the Pam and Justin’s photoshoot we headed back to the Yellowbelly Brewery and Public House for the reception. Decor by my favourite human Andrea at Borrowed and Blue, simply sweet with lots of flowers from Flower Studio.
Doesn’t this cake just look good enough to eat?? By the always fabulous Picco Creations.
Doesn’t this photo just show the love between the Maid of Honour, Pam and Justin . . .
There are not enough words to describe how much I loved every minute of Justin and Pam’s wedding. From the tiniest details to the emotions of the day, it was the exact wedding that I wish to shoot, every time I take my camera out of the bag. Everyone in the room was engaged and connected. The whole day was full of laughter and love. There is no better feeling than that. When people are genuinely happy, it is impossible to not have beautiful photographs.
