Here’s how it works:
Before your VIP day begins, we’ll do a 1:1 virtual session during which I’ll gather all the information I need to make your time with me a success. I’ll use this information to create a high-level audit of your business, highlighting notable areas that you can improve on to connect more deeply with your target audience.
This portion of your VIP day is part done-for-you service and part teaching you the knowledge to create your own marketing funnels; you’ll walk away with a tangible, completed project, and with the knowledge of how to continue to do it yourself in the future.
We’ll spend the first 2/3rds of our VIP day together getting super clear on how you can better serve your clients. This can look like doing any two of the following:
– Automate various parts of your business to save you time and energy in your day-to-day
– Build a marketing funnel to drive qualified leads to your business
– Create a free lead magnet, landing page, mailing list and Facebook ad
– Tweak your pricing, offers + packages using psychology-based methods
– Completely revamp your online presence to show up powerfully online
– Create + schedule three months’ of social media captions
The last 1/3rd of your VIP day is spent being pampered in my private photo studio and using your newfound confidence to shine! You’ll spend the afternoon in front of the camera, creating content for your website, social media, and all other avenues where you market your business.
By doing the photo shoot last, we use the information we gathered from your audit + deep work to ensure that the photos speak to your target audience and every photo works hard to advertise the services you most want to sell. We’ll make sure that the photos aren’t just beautiful, but purposeful in generating new clients for your business.
You can add hair, makeup, and other options to your photo shoot as well – just ask!

I’m Alex Stead; I hold a Bachelors of Business Administration with a focus in online marketing, aaaand I am an award-winning photographer and content creator who has worked with Walmart, Lululemon, Kent, Macleans, and tons of small local businesses here in Newfoundland and Labrador.
My goal with offering VIP days is to provide fast, tangible results to small businesses who don’t have the budget or scope for in-house marketing team. Instead of spending tens of thousands on a huge marketing team, I work 1:1 with business owners to grow their brands sustainably, one step at a time, allowing my clients to take their results AND a newfound knowledge of how to better market themselves in the future.

Q: I am super awkward and hate having my photo taken. Can you make me look and feel more comfortable (or just photoshop me in)?
A: Making sure that people both look AND feel comfortable is my zone of genius. I have photographed thousands of people over the past twelve years, and the overwhelming response I get afterwards is always how easy and relaxed the experience was. If you are a regular person who has never modeled before or who hates getting their photo taken, I would love to make sure that you get images that you truly love. The shoot is only finished when we’re both thrilled with the result.
Q: Is your studio accessible?
A: My studio is on the second floor and accessible only by stairs. If you would like to book a shoot at an accessible location, please feel free to reach out at and I am happy to coordinate an alternate location or otherwise do my absolute best to accommodate your accessibility needs.
Q: What does this all cost?
A: A full VIP service including a high-level audit, two deep work options of your choice, and a full branding shoot is $2400+tax. Multiple days are available at a discounted rate if you’d like more than two deep work options. I aim to make this service as accessible as possible and I recommend all my clients apply for funding through the federal and provincial government. Most of my clients access my services through grants, and I’m happy to help in the application process.
